This charming Tudor Revival-style building with half-timbered gables and diamond panel windows could be imagined as transported from the English countryside. The Rochester Telephone Company commissioned the building for the 944 Webster phone subscribers in the mid-1930s (actual dates differ). The architect is not known, but the design is similar to the telephone exchange buildings in Dansville, NY, and West Henrietta, NY. It is the only building in Webster built in this picturesque storybook style.
